Once your proof is approved, production takes 3–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your destination.

THE FEELING BEHIND OUR NAME

Meet the studio

Small studio.
A very personal mission.

Moment of aww is a founder-led gift business based in Toronto, Canada. Founded on 20 November 2021, our business opened its Etsy shop the same day. Since then, we've turned customers' photos and ideas into personalised keepsakes.

Every custom order has taught us something: how to understand a request, make a photo print beautifully, prepare a clear proof and coordinate production. Those real experiences now guide the software we're building behind the scenes. Our Etsy customers include buyers in the United States, Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Our products are designed in Canada and made with our acrylic printing and manufacturing partner in South Korea.

Personalisation should feel special without making every order start from scratch. We're building our own production hub, using Claude Code to turn years of hands-on order experience into practical automation.

Our next phase adds Claude API support for:

The goal is to reduce repetitive work and make individual and small-batch custom orders easier to manage.

The production hub is our internal tool. Planned API features are in development. We aren't offering a public software platform at this stage.

A few helpful details

Before your
little keepsake.

Can I order just one charm?

Yes. There is no minimum order. One charm uses one image; choose a higher quantity if you want separate pieces. A family or group photo can be printed together as one charm.

Will I see my design before printing?

Yes. We prepare a proof so you can review your photo, crop and design before production. Check the Etsy listing and your order messages for the approval details that apply to your purchase.

Can you make gifts for a whole team or group?

Yes. Tell us the quantity, design idea and date you need them. Email info@momentofaww.com or contact us through Etsy to discuss your order.

Where do I order, and how long does it take?

Orders are currently placed through our Etsy shop. Production takes 3–5 business days after proof approval. Shipping times and costs vary by destination; the current Etsy listing has the details. Some orders may ship directly from our production partner in South Korea.
